BOOKING CONDITIONS & GENERAL TERMS
Please read these Terms carefully before booking any sevice/class with Angela Taffinder or for third party goods or services through Yoga & Vitality.
Yoga & Vitality collaborates with selected third party providers who wish to offer their goods and services for sale via the website of Emporium Vitality (“Partners”). Our Partners are independent Companies/Practitioners/Instructors and we do not accept liability for any sevice/class performed by or goods provided by those individuals.
Please note that these Terms do not govern the relationship between you and our Partners. You should contact the Partner providing the goods and/or service/class for further information on the terms of the booking. Your dealings with them will be strictly between you and them.
These Terms govern any bookings made with Angela Taffinder and any service/class performed by her and employees.
If you are unclear whether your service/class is covered by these Terms or the terms of one of our Partners please ask on making the booking.
Bookings and Cancellations
Bookings with our Partners need to be made direct with our Partners.
The sevice/class fee is required to complete booking/s. If less than 24 hrs notice of cancellation is not provided the Full cost of the service/class will be to be charged.
Late arrival may result in reduced service/class time or forfeiting of the service/class.
Please note 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or the Full cost of the will be to be charged.If you need to cancel your service/class; please contact us immediately on 07930661971 or via email: info@emporiumvitality.com. If your booking is with our Partners you will need to contact them direct.
Subscription
A free14 day trial period of is offered to access the subscription library.
Therafter, all ‘Subscriptions’ must be purchased and paid for in advance in full or via a direct monthly payment.
The ‘Subscriptions’ library is accessible via the website www.emporiumvitality.com , once you have set up your subscription account you can log in to your account from your personal online device at a time convenient to suit you.
You have the right to cancel your subscription via your online account.
Your responsibility
It is your responsibility to read the Yoga & Vitality Health Disclaimer prior to each service/class as a service/classe may not be appropriate for you. Yoga & Vitality will not be liable for any injury/damage that occurs as a result of your failure to read this document.
You agree to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to you by your Practitioner/Instructor regarding the care of a service/class.
Liability
We are dealing with individuals, each having a unique human body; therefore, Yoga & Vitality can make no guarantees to the degree of improvements that will be achieved.
Yoga & Vitality will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to you.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or any personal injury resulting from the negligence of Yoga & Vitality and its employees.
Our Partners are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for evaluating the standard of goods and/or services that they provide. Please review carefully our Partner’s policies and practices and make sure you understand them before booking a service/class. We do not warrant and will not have any liability for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of dealing with our Partners nor accept any responsibility for the provision of goods and services performed by our Partners. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding our Partners should be directed to the appropriate Partner(s). We do not accept payments for services and/or goods that our Partners provide; please confirm their payment acceptance methods prior to appointment.

General terms
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website. By using the Website and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Services/Classes designed for person’s under the age of 18 must be accessed and be supervised by a person’s at least 18 years of age.
If any discount has already been applied to a single service/class or subscription, then no other discounts are valid.
We Accept Online Card Payments via the secure payment service.
We do not accept payments for services and/or goods that our Partners provide; please confirm their payment acceptance methods prior to booking.
