Chicken Cajuns In Peppery Panko Breadcrumbs

Really delicious chicken cajuns in peppery Panko breadcrumbs.
It is a simple, healthy recipe rich in protein, and vitamin B12.
An ideal main dish where many sides would accompany them.
Serves 2
Takes 30 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts cut into thin cajons
- 100g Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg gently beaten
- 1tsp celery salt
- 1tsp garlic granules
- 1tsp black pepper
- pinch sea salt
- lug olive oil
Method
Pre heat the oven to 200°C or 390 °F.
Make the seasoning by mixing together the celery salt, garlic granules, black pepper and sea salt in a bowl.
Coat the chicken pieces with the seasoning.
Place the beaten egg into a bowl.
Place the Panko breadcrumbs into a bowl.
Dip each piece of chicken into the egg, then coat in the breadcrumbs.
Lay the chicken pieces on to a baking sheet, then drizzle with the olive oil.
Place into the oven for approx. 10 minutes until the up sides turn golden, then turn, drizzle with olive oil and cook for a further 10 minutes until both sides are crisps and golden.
To Serve
A great main dish that goes so well with many sides such as Classic Coleslaw, Sweet Pepper Coleslaw, Potato Salad, to name but a few.
