One to one session provides ways to specifically target an area of concern, and offers the tools for self-development and helps you to work towards your own personal goals.

Small group yoga sessions can be adapted to accommodate up to 4 people practising together. This is a great experience for a like-minded people looking to step onto the yoga pathway or develop and deepen their personal yoga practise.

One To One

Working individually can help diagnose specific issues that may not get noticed without in depth analysis. One to one sessions provide ways to specifically target that area of concern, and offers the tools for self-development and helping you to work towards your own personal goal.

Private sessions are the perfect way to work with special health concerns, injuries, pain, anxiety, or any other problems you may experience.

The sessions are tailored to meet your individual needs and are designed to promote physical, mental, or emotional health.

One to one yoga sessions are particularly helpful if you are a complete beginner to the practice, and will provide the gateway to your yoga journey with a sense of confidence.

The beginner sessions will include:

  • Foundation Concepts – Learn how to create your own yoga space and the key foundational concepts.
  • Anatomical Foundations – We will cover some of the key anatomical foundations, paramount for safe and effective yoga practice.
  • Foundation Poses – Learn how to integrate alignment and accuracy in key foundational poses.

One to one sessions are available in the comfort of your own home providing you live in the heart of Central London.

Small Groups

Small group yoga sessions are also particularly helpful if you are a complete beginner to the practice, and will provide the gateway to your yoga journey with a sense of confidence.

The beginner sessions format is explained above in one to one.

Small group yoga sessions can be adapted to accommodate up to 4 people practising together. This is a great experience for a group of friends looking to step onto the yoga pathway or like-minded people looking to develop and deepen their personal yoga practise.
