Protein Power Smoothie
This is a perfect quick, simple, healthy and really delicious smoothie recipe.
Rich in Vitamin B6, minerals and in omega-3 fatty acids which provide you with a super- boost of energy to start your day.
I love to make this smoothie when I have a big day ahead but little time to eat.
Serves 2
Takes 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 400ml milk (dairy or plant based)
- 1 banana
- 1tbs almond butter (or any alternative)
- 1tbs tahini paste
- 1/2tsp vanilla paste
- 4 Madgul dates
- 1/4tsp molasses
- 1tbs protein powder (optional)
Method
Blitz the milk, banana, almond butter, tahini paste, vanilla paste, Madgul dates, molasses and protein powder in a blender.
Pour the smoothie into 2 350ml tumbler glasses.
To Serve
Simply Bitz and it’s ready to drink.
