These are all important factors to achieve pre-injury levels or a pain free status across all aspects of physical fitness and well-being.

More FAQs
Just like a normal session at the clinic, we discuss your issue or pain and other medical history over private secure video call. We establish your end goal, and then work out the steps to get you there. We will then look at your movements during the live call.
Instead of using hands-on-techniques like massage, we apply an exercise based treatment where we coach you through specific exercises to continue with your treatment plan.
Our approach is very adaptable to online consultations, and while hands on treatment helps, it is a small part of our overall system as the exercises are far more important.
Wear comfortable clothing and comfortable shoes or you can be barefoot.
The sessions are available via One to One zoom or at our London clinic, physical hands on massage is included in our face to face treatments.
