Rich Dark Chocolate Nut Butter Cups
Super rich, delicious chocolate, nutty cups.
Simply prepare and store in the fridge ready for when you have the need of a rich chocolate fix.
Take your time to eat this cup of rich gorgeousness.

Takes 30 minutes
Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate broken into pieces
- 4tsp peanut butter
- 4tsp almond butter
- 2tsp black tahini
- 2tbs crushed blanched almonds
Method
Heat some water in a pan on the hob, then place a bowl to sit on the pan hovering over the hot water.
Add 100g of the dark chocolate and allow to slowly melt, stiring gently.
Take a silicone tray with 8 cups, 10mm deep.
Coat the base and sides of each cup with the melted chocolate.
Place the cup tray in the fridge.
Place the peanut butter, almond butter and black tahini into a bowl and mix well.
Take the cup tray out of the fridge when the chocolate is set.
Place the nut butter mix into the centre of each of the chocolate cups.
Place the cup tray back into the fridge.
Melt the rest of the chocolate as described above.
Take the cup tray out of the fridge and pour the melted chocolate to over the nut butter mix to create a chocolate top for the cup.
Sprinkle the crushed almonds on top of the chocolate tops.
Place the cup tray into the fridge.
To Serve
Take out of the fridge approx. ½ hour before eating.
