About This Class
In this class Angela guides you through two types of breathing techniques which are typically practised in a yoga class. Chest Breathing allows full expansion of the lungs which can strengthen the lung tissues and improve overall breathing. Deep belly breathing is a calming practise which can reduce irritability, stress and anxiety.
