Tai Chi for Health
Tai chi is an art that embraces mind, body and spirit. It consists of a sequence of dynamic movements that combine soft and hard with fast and slow actions, in a balanced and natural way.
As a health promoting exercise it uses breath and gentle movements that promote emotional and mental wellbeing. Tai chi exercises regulate all symptoms within the body, that also allow deep relaxation which tones the muscles, releasing knots and tension.
