About This Class
This class is for women going through the Menopause. Angela will guide you through a series of classic Hatha Yoga poses, with focus on body strength, tone, and resistance without overheating the body. We will work on reinvigorating a sluggish metabolism to restore depleted energy. This class will aim cultivate a more balanced nervous system with a sense of calm in the face of change.
A great class to take any time of the day or night.
