Green Goodness Smoothie
This is a perfect quick, simple, healthy and really delicious smoothie recipe.
Rich in vitamins, minerals and healthy fats which provide you with a super- boost of energy for any time of your day.
Serves 2
Takes 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 400ml milk (dairy or plant based)
- 2tbs yogurt (dairy or plant based)
- ½ ripe pear
- 1 ripe avocado flesh
- handful spinach leaves
- 1 inch cube fresh ginger
- 2 thin wedges fresh lime flesh
- 1 – 2 tsp honey
Method
Blitz the milk, coconut yogurt, pear, avocado, spinach, ginger, lime and honey in a blender.
Pour the smoothie into 2 350ml tumbler glasses.
To Serve
Simply Bitz and it’s ready to drink.
