Honey, Lemon, Ginger & Bee Pollen Smoothie
This is a perfect quick, simple, healthy and really delicious smoothie recipe.
Rich in Vitamin C, minerals and in omega-3 fatty acids which provide you with a super- boost of energy for any time of your day.
I love to make this smoothie to fight any oncoming sniffles or cold.
Serves 2
Takes 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 400ml milk (dairy or plant based)
- 1 banana
- 1tbs mixed seeds
- 1tsp vanilla paste
- 1tsp honey
- 1tbs tahini paste
- 1 inch cube fresh ginger
- 2tsp bee pollen
- 2 wedges of lemon (rind off)
Method
Blitz the milk, banana, mixed seeds, vanilla paste, honey, tahini paste, fresh ginger, bee pollen and lemon flesh in a blender.
Pour the smoothie into 2 350ml tumbler glasses.
To Serve
Simply Bitz and it’s ready to drink.
Tips
Great breakfast option. Especially for fussy kids in the morning.
