Peanut Dipping Sauce

Easy to make delicious peanut dipping sauce.
Makes approx. 200ml
Takes 20 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 crushed garlic cloves
- 3tbs peanut butter
- 2tbs rice vinegar
- 2tbs reduced-sodium tamari or soy sauce
- 2tbs maple syrup
- 1tbs toasted sesame oil
- 2 to 3 tablespoons water, as needed
Method
Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix everything together well.
To Serve
Poor into a serving bowl. Ideal with Vietnamese rolls, chicken satay or anything you fancy.
To Store
Store in an air tight container in the fridge for 7 days.

Ideally use organic food produce where possible.
Visit your local food suppliers or farmers market for fresh produce.
Consider the animal welfare when selecting fresh meat,poultry, eggs and dairy.
Select foods that are ethically sourced.
Ideally know the provenance.
Consider eating more sustainable foods.
