About This Class
This is a great class to take if you don’t want to go to the gym but do want to get fitter, build strength, and tone your body. Follow Angela step by step into classic yoga poses, incorporating fitness elements though which you move to find your own level of fitness. This class will get your heart rate up and give you a full body workout!
