Class Preview
This class provides a perfect break for anyone who has been hunched over, or if you’re experiencing symptoms of irritability or anxiety. Angela will guide you through a series of breath work, with upper body stretches and yoga poses that help release physical and emotional tension.
A wonderful practice to release tension and reduce stress; incorporates Deep Belly Breath work to relax and calm the mind.
Remember you can press pause button at any time for a break, and start again when you’re ready to continue.
