About This Class
This class is great to take if your mind is racing and you can’t focus on the present. In this class we will work through a grounding sequence to calm the nervous system and ease both the body and the mind. This grounding class moves through a series of earthy yoga poses with fluidity and flow to help you embody a rooted sense of calm and in the present experience.
