About This Class
This class cultivates focus and co-ordination as Angela guides you through a series of hand and wrist massage and stretch movements incorporating a small ball. Tight tissues are released, blood flow and synovial fluid are increased to promote overall better circulation and mobility as well as strengthen the muscles around the joints for better support.
