This is a great class to take if you’re looking for a flowing, feel-good class. Angela will guide you to move and flow through a series of yoga poses with focus on connecting breath with motion to cultivate a sense of energy and motivation.
A great class to take at times you feel the need to stimulate and motivate you physically and mentally.

Remember you can press pause button at any time for a break, and start again when you’re ready to continue.
