Letting Go & Sleep Better
Join Angela as she guides you through a calming Yin yoga practice to create a sense of letting go; release physical and emotional tension, and leave you with a lasting sense of tranquillity to improve your sleep.
Core & Glutes Cardio
This class will get your heart rate up and give you a full body workout in a short about of time. A kick start to the lymphatic circulation promotes a body detox boost. This class invites you to practise poses that are both challenging and fun, to strengthen and tone your body with a focus on the core and glutes.
Hip Opener & Stretch
This is a great class to take if you are looking to release tension in the hips. We will work through some hip opener poses and deep hip stretches to create ease and comfort in that area. If you have very tight hips it would be useful to have your blocks or alternative props to hand.
Cool Down & Calm
In this class Angela will guide you through a series of breathing exercises in yin yoga poses. A powerful, quick practice, ideal to incorporate as a cooling down method after a fitness class, or as a quick fix to create a sense of calm, reduce stress and anxiety.
